Dear NHS Cashback Team,

Just confirming receipt for my iPad which was delivered today.

I have had my NHS Cashback Black card since November 2010 and I think its great. I have saved over £20 pounds already shopping in all my usual shops. Its great to be able to use a card like this in supermarkets as well. Its really easy to load money onto the card. Lets hope that more shops decide to join the scheme. I will definately be recommending my friends to join. The service is great.
