New Look Terms and conditions

Prize: £100 New Look Gift Card. There are 5 prizes available altogether (one per winner). There are no alternatives offered for this prize.

Draw Date: November 4th 2011

Winners will be notified by 5pm 10th November via letter.

1. This promotion is open to clients/customers of P&MM Ltd, excluding employees of P&MM Ltd, New Look, their families, agents or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion. No third party bulk entries. New Look reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants.

2. Only one entry per person is allowed.

3. The prize is 5 x £100 of New Look Gift Cards.  No cash alternative available.

4. Anyone spending £50 or more using their card at New Look between 1st October 2011 and midnight 31st October 2011 will qualify to enter the prize draw.  The prize draw will take place on November 4th 2011.

5. The promotion closing date is midnight 31st October 2011.

6. Entry into the draw is deemed to constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions and that entrants agree to abide by these rules.

7. This promotion may be amended or withdrawn at anytime at the Promoter’s reasonable discretion.

8. The 5 winners will drawn at random from all entries received.

9. The winners will be notified by telephone. The prize is awarded conditionally upon acceptance and if a winner is unable to be contacted after a reasonable period or if any prize is unclaimed or declined within a reasonable period, the prize shall be deemed as unclaimed or unaccepted and a supplementary winner may be drawn at New Look’s discretion.

10. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

11. In the event of a dispute the Promoter’s decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

12. The winners may be required to take part in publicity. P&MM Ltd and New Look Retailers Ltd reserve the right to publish the name and photograph and to publicise any winning ceremony.

13. The names of the winner(s) may be obtained by sending a signed handwritten request along with a stamped self-addressed envelope detailing your request to the Promoter at the address below

14. The Promoter will not under any circumstances pass your personal details on to any other organisation without your permission first, except for the purpose of awarding your prize if necessary, and contacting you about products and services you may like.
